This is the black bench plane, with nickel-plated flanks, to be used with both hands, for the pros and advanced amateurs. Its exclusive design will make aesthetes fall for this model rather than for the blue 220 Evolution version. Its heavy sole gives it a good inertia for all kinds of wood. The chipbreaker setting allows a perfect planing, whatever the wood species, in roughing or in smoothing. The mouth adjustment allows the smoothing of still wet wood, reducing the jamming.

Very easy to plane…only one adjustment: the depth of cut…and it cuts! Even on the end of wood, in oak, it works with the chrome blade. I’ll be trying it with a carbide blade soon. I recommend this product without any worries.

I was looking for an efficient and easy-to-adjust plane that also has a chipbreaker and mouth adjustment. The cutting depth can be adjusted very easily and quickly. You can also get rid of the sharpening by replacing or simply turning the blade. In short, a very good material to always have an operational plane at hand.
